CV
My objective is simple: Mastery, autonomy and purpose. Being a part of something greater than myself; to lead a team of talented individuals in the pursuit of greatness. Bringing success to our clients by providing strategic, holistic solutions to every unique challenge that rears it's head.
Mantra: The key to leadership is two fold; wise assessment of the strengths / weaknesses of your team, and serving those whom you are leading. The concept of "poor leadership" is non-existent. One is either providing leadership or they are not.
The path is tumultuous: Knowing that success is not a destination, but a journey; the road to success is paved in failure. Thomas Edison executed 10,000 failed experiments in order for the first light bulb to illuminate. The reward for Edison was great. If something is easily achieved, it lacks reward thanks to the ease. The more difficult a challenge, the greater the reward once the solution is accomplished.
